Seriously the best urgent care I have ever been to! Excellent staff - Hanna, Saige, Jessica, Dee. Helpful and friendly initial call, less than 10 minute wait time to be seen, staff was kind, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Took my son here because he was having difficulty breathing and it was 9:20 p.m. and I got turned away because they said they had already taken their last patient and had to drive to the PM care in the colony which provided great service. Definitely would recommend making the drive for a better overall experience and care.

I was taken back by the experience I had here at this clinic given i was refereed by Children's Health where we receive exceptional service. However at PM Pediatric that was not the case. Nurse Kayla was loud and aggressive towards my son. Registration rolled her eyes in front of me when I told her I did not have a form of payment upfront to provide as I am normally billed by the mail. I could not tell this facility's focus was pediatrics in my opinion.
