I had an appointment to get fingerprints for a job. I walked in and showed my confirmation text, they told me I did not. they refused to take me even after seeing my confirmation email. Unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I would never go to this location ever again

I always use this store when I buy from Dallas Auction Gallery. They have by far the best prices compared with their competitors, but in this case you get more than you pay for because the speed and care with which they pack and ship couldn't be better.

I have been a client here for 4 years and have never, not once, had a negative interaction. Thats so rare! Im in 2-4x/week! Theyre consistent, clean, conscientious, and beyond capable. P.S. Something worth noting is that this is a franchise. A great way to determine if a business is run well from the inside out is employee retention. Maria is a prime example of a steadfast employee that treats that business like her own. Shes been employed there longer than Ive been a client! I could write a specific note about each employee but we all know that nobody reads the length of anything anymore. And if Ive done my job, youre already sold that this is the place for your shipping, notarizing, mailing, etc. Edit: circling back 1 calendar year later to say that this is even more true than before! Hands down best post office location in the DFW metroplex.
