Consistently rude staff throughout the years no matter if you're doing returns, shipping, etc. Drive a few more minutes to the one on Cedar Springs Road where they have always been helpful and patient with more counters and staff who are more knowledgeable and efficient.

Walked right in, was greeted. Said I had an Amazon return. Scanned and said have a great day. In and out in 10 seconds. Nice location

Stellar Service with a smile. Maria went above and beyond on a large mail out for my company. She even offered to help in any way she could My go to store for every future mailing!!!

Favorite location by far! I always go to this location for all my shipping needs. JaVonte has always been so kind and helpful to everybody that walks in there. Definitely knowledgeable with great people skills

2023/4 update at the end - 2022: I have been a client here for 4 years and have never, not once, had a negative interaction. Thats so rare! Im in 2-4x/week! Theyre consistent, clean, conscientious, and beyond capable. P.S. Something worth noting is that this is a franchise. A great way to determine if a business is run well from the inside out is employee retention. Maria is a prime example of a steadfast employee that treats that business like her own. Shes been employed there longer than Ive been a client! I could write a specific note about each employee but we all know that nobody reads the length of anything anymore. And if Ive done my job, youre already sold that this is the place for your shipping, notarizing, mailing, etc. Edit: amending this to 3 stars in Q4 of 2023 for a few reasons: Several changes have been enacted with no notice or clarity even after asking multiple times for a breakdown of changes. They close at 8 on weekdays, but if you try to call anytime after 7:30p they will deliberately not answer your call according to an employee. Youre now charged $4+tax for the paper thin plastic mailers (apparently something that was always supposed to be a charge, but are free at USPS) there are monetary penalties for your package being there for longer than 3 days In the past, if you cant make it before close, you can call ahead and request the package to be left outside of the gated area for your retrieval - this works because theres an after hours PIN to get into the store - now they wont leave the package out for you under any circumstances due to a mandatory sign out requirement of the package. This is an huge perk to lose for those with busy schedules. As a PO Box member ($360/year) its a shame to lose a frequently used convenience without notice.
