Subway

I've been here maybe 3 times before for lunch. I went today with my coupon and the lady at the cashiers waited until I put the coupon under the machine for her to tell me SHE no longer accepts coupons anymore. Huh? I guess its the right of the individual store, but make it known before I order or enter the premises. I could have ordered something else less expensive. It felt like she thought I was somebody else that gave her problems before. I was professional in my exchange but it rubbed me the wrong way. I don't plan to return.

Hear me out, maybe Subway has to cut their meat capacity down to a few slices per sandwich because of hard economic times.

I had to wait 20 minutes just to place a order. They in here singing and dancing with the music so loud they cant even hear their phones ringing. Just sad.
