AVOID AT ALL COST!! From moving in this past December, it has been a NIGHTMARE with Zero Communication! I haven't had heat in my condo in over a month. I put in multiple tickets about the heater before it finally went outright before the freeze. They offered to give me a space heater but never gave me one and won't tell me when theyll be able to provide me with one or fix my unit. The condo has flooded twice due to poor plumbing work, and they did nothing to help me dry the apartment. I couldn't shower or do laundry for a few weeks, waiting for them to send someone out. The first month, I discovered I lived in a fire hazard with illegal and poor electrical work. Not only did it take them 2 weeks to fix, but they left their mess behind after each project for me to deal with in my kitchen! They even painted the walls the wrong color!!

Andre is a great manager, friendly, personable and solves problems efficiently. Highly recommend him as a Property Manager with Northpoint!
