    -Moving into a severely roach-infested apartment. Had I moved then, you guys told me you would hold on to my deposit and there was no offer of prorated rent to rectify the situation. -My entire sink falling and spilling out water throughout half of my apartment. I had to contact maintenance MULTIPLE times to have it fixed correctly. -My dishwasher backing up and spilling water throughout half of my apartment. -The constant smell of raw sewage that has gone ignored by your office for months. I even went out of my way to file a complaint with the City of Dallas to no avail. -My kitchen ceiling leaking and falling apart for the first time in November. When it leaked the 2nd time, you did a half-done job of fixing it. Apartment smelled like mildew and there were visible brown moisture stains on my ceiling. Most useless, incompetent, rude, management company of all time. Had to leave multiple complaints with the City of Dallas. I have legitimate hate for this company. Thank god I was able to move out. Elaine and Emily are useless as are the maintenance staff.

    I use to like my apartment because there wasnt any issues and it was easy to get things fixed. I had smooth move in , rarely any issues super helpful crew but Lately the people who does the answering service desk calls are rude as hell typically the lady who answers the phone. Everyone who lives on the third floor in my apartments at 6526 Ridgecrest Wifi , cable internet connection has been down for 4 going on 5 days due this companys fault of cutting the cords and there not giving Spectrum access to roof. All of us that work from home hasnt been able to work because of there mistake which causes us to not getting paid. Spectrum has tried reaching out to them but they haven't responded, lied to tents saying they didnt cause the issue. Ignoring and not responding to the issue but will find a way text and call us about rent. We pay for amenities that we cant use like fireplaces , garages but there no clickers , people constantly Blocking garages, the building is caving in on one side due to faulty infrastructure and foundation. They never sent out emails or text messages lets us know people where going to be here to fix the property. I had to tell maintenance multiple times not to block my door because they had wood , nails , hand guns laying around causing me to trip over items which is unsafe just because yall came to paint, fill in the holes where the building foundation and infrastructure, filled the holes of the stairs doesnt mean the property is up to code. I will be calling code compliance just because your service desk lady has had a very nasty attitude on multiple occasions.
