Was trying to get this studio apartment right next to my job. Emilie was rude but said she would hold it for me but didnt ask for a deposit. 30 minutes before my showing she texts me saying this has been rented out to someone else. I was extremely upset and she was rude about it said you should of put a deposit down. SHE NEVER ASKED ME FOR A DEPOSIT and was making excuses about it. Extrmely unprofessional.

I definitely would not rent through them. The communication with them is terrible. Emily is extremely rude and an awful manager.

CI management recently took over for another company where I was living, and it became much better overnight. Their team is responsive, respectful, and very helpful when dealing with any issues. At one point I was locked out of my apartment and they had someone there to let me in within 20 minutes. I mainly worked with Jessica who has been a pleasure to work with and would live at one of their properties again.

As a realtor -Working with them was somewhat of a breeze to get my client moved in but after the move in. The communication from this team completely flopped! I cant get in contact with anyone to get paid commission. I will probably be avoiding them in the future.

5 Star in the beginning - but now it's more likely 3 star giving. It has been several maintenance issues. Do to the old structure They have been responding with an attempt but not scheduled. The job has been done. And people Analyze the service. Time frame is very important to follow up scheduled Attitude has been displayed And bullied has not been tolerated. 3. Star at this point. 5 Star as the Highest of the Bad service. 4625 Junius st building is a old building with lots of non visible infrastructure problems Analyze - Before you rent from this people take your time, make sure everything is ok. This is a Statement About a Broken Promise from CI Management. The Laundry room is neglected with old broken machines. It's a Dump Mr. Ed Cruz give 5 Stars of terrible service. However There are Emergency situations that We must not Ignore. This review will be updated When Laundry room is Fixed.
