The complex does nothing for its’ tenants. There are feral cats everywhere and the complex does nothing. A kitten somehow managed to get behind a wall and the complex didn’t want to help. Finally after continuous pressure lo and behold, the kitten was rescued after they hammered a 2’ x 4’ hole in the wall. Next day, another kitten is stuck behind the wall. The complex people said call Spectrum. The Spectrum people said it was the complex’s problem. The woman in the office is rude and unprofessional, and parks her car in handicapped parking for convenience, despite having no physical handicap. And…they won’t turn on the A/C…it’s 90 degrees+ inside where we live.

These apts are nice to love in and at a affordable price. The leasing office and maintenance man are awesome working that's put you first and make you feel at home. I love living here been here since 6 years and would continue to make evita my home.

I have been living here 3 years and these new management is awesome. The lady in the office she is sweet and makes you feel right at home. When ever I have a problem with my apartment that same day or the next day. She sends the maintenance guy and he fixes it. He is also very nice and fixes the problem quickly. They also fixed the gate which makes you feel even safer.
