Gave me slave job cleaning over 100 buses didn't even.pay me I left after a job its been over 3 months they still aint paid me still never got paid!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst companies in America. I was hired and the guy I replaced and one of their employees threatened to "Shoot Me" and when I immediately reported the management did nothing about it. They were required to report this threat to the Atlanta Police Department and they hid this crime, not only from the police but from their own Human Resources. Stay away from this firm. I was harassed and abused by several of their employees for months. On September, 30, the company made up a lie and fired me for "Inappropriate Conduct". I appealed their charge to the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL). After waiting 15 months for the Georgia Judicial Appeals Hearing, Their Attorney and their representatives who lied, didn't even show up for the hearing and the GDOL Judge gave me a "Default Judgement" against ABM Aviation/ABM Industries, Inc and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commision heard this matter and after the EEOC Mediation and the ensuing EEOC Investigation, the EEOC has issued me the right to sue ABM Aviation/ABM Industries, Inc. They should call this place All-Bout-Mexicans Been 3 weeks never received my direct deposit . But I was there the 8 hours guarantee. Now I remember a lady that came in during my interview had the same issue . This place is cool for old people or someone's second job it's low maintenance just like the pay . People were cool depending where you are sent honestly . Just keep in mind you might get stiffed on pay depending on where and when you start even with the phone clock in be careful seems like they try not to pay over here that's crazy. I will be calling corporate tomorrow about this matter I didn't think a real agency could operate like this. It's insane don't really recommend this place too anyone not an elderly piasa honestly you not gonna get treated fairly on site that I promise you .Thank God I found a reliable job right next too my house so I don't have too rely on ABM anymore but I still need my money from that day I was at work . This is nuts

One of ABM's managers at the Avis Love Field location is very unprofessional and lacks management skills. The current manager Antwone Wright exhibits unprofessional behavior constantly with the ABM employees. Antwone yells, curses, and terminates the ABM staff without warning/cause. Antwone is often hostile when interacting with the ABM staff; he feels he has the authority to talk to and treat the employees in any way he chooses. The company must support this ironic behavior because they do not question the number of turnovers and employee termination. I've witnessed Antwone belittle and curse ABM employees like he was speaking to his children (well, no one should be spoken to the way Antwone speaks to the ABM staff frequently). Antwone's toxic behavior psychologically affects the ABM employees physically and mentally which, will and can cause the employees to have anxiety problems and not perform well.
