Been a nightmare since they took over in December. No communication and are holding 5K!!! As of 3/14/2024 we lost a property we had signed a lease with bc they could not get in touch with Cushman and Wakefield to get a basic VOR.

We have had issues since this company took over our lease. Making payments through the portal is so ambiguous - there isn't a thorough breakdown of the charges and there is no payment history. We received two different water bills - one directly from the water provider and one from the landlord. For weeks we have been trying to reach someone and gain clarity... No luck.

Our company was contracted by Cushman Wakefield to do aerobic septic repairs starting early part of 2023 to a cluster of properties they manage in Cleburne, Texas . They now have past due invoices for over 8 months. My contact Hailey Hogan has been telling us that all invoices are in and will get paid but it is out of her hands now. We have had zero luck with their main office. These systems have created bio hazards to the environment and potentially to their tenants. They have had zero problem contacting us to come out and get some of the repairs done over the past year, many of which were emergencies, but when it comes time for payment ..crickets. From the very little I have experienced from this company, they are nothing but a giant scam. No one communicates directly and they have no clue what they are doing. Avoid anything to do with this company.
