You get what you pay for, yes $250 emergency fee in the middle of the night is a lot of money, but they fixed the burst pipe in under an hour. I like these guys, would recommend in case or emergency.

Horrible expensive service a water heater change for 514.00 wow I'm super upset!!!! Never again don't go with this company. Especially during these times they screwed me over badly.

I'm seriously upset with this company because it waisted my time. They decided not to do the job they had agreed bc they wanted to do their option which would require me to shut off my electricity for two days (in this weather not going to happen), do to city inspections. Now, they agreed on a Friday to install a water heater (tankless) 17 kw which would not cause any electricity outages. They were to arrive at 1 pm on Monday. At 1 pm I got a hold of the owner I'm guessing who stated they were running late and would be here at 1:30 pm. At 1:45 pm an employee calls me to inform me that they do not have the tankless water heater and at 3:30 pm he calls again to say:We put in the 36 kw (who cares that it will cause you not to have electricity for 2 days) or find a new plumber. I got a new plumber!  If you don't want the job that's fine but don't waste my time.
