We just replaced the water heater in our apartment. We had a Bradford White electric tank heater, which worked very well for 10 years. We replaced the old unit with another Bradford White in accordance with our building recommendations. Jeremy Brown was our technician. He was wonderful. He replaced the unit efficiently and quickly. My wife called to follow-up on an estimate that I did online. I have a problem with a water heater installed by another company almost 2 years ago. I WANT A NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED AND THEY REFUSED. WOW your business must be that good to turn down a job that all you have to do is come in install a new water heater and I pay you and you leave. I just don't get today's worker's I guess you just want to get paid and do no work......

Our 12 year old water heater in the attic was showing signs of aging, making terrible thumping and crackling sounds from sediment build up so it was time to replace it before things got worse. We've used Water Heaters only before for another water heater and they did a great job so we called them again.. To our pleasant surprise, the same installer, Jeremy, came out on time and replaced the water heater with a new Bradford White unit. Jeremy is very friendly and professional.
