Dr. Tibbetts recently performed surgery on me. It was a 2-3 hour outpatient procedure. She took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what she would be doing, what I could expect in recovery and how the surgery would benefit me. She was very friendly, down to earth, thorough, highly skilled and professional. She explained everything to me in great detail, patiently listened to, and answered all my questions and she was very sensitive to all of my concerns. I knew nothing about her, but she came highly recommended by one of my other doctors. I felt safe and comfortable in her very capable hands. Dr. Tibbetts is a fantastic doctor. The surgery she performed on me was uneventful with no complications and a complete success. I can say with 100% certainty, that I would not hesitate to recommend her or return to her again for treatment and/or surgery should the need arise.

Ive never met Dr Tibbetts, i was told she was in charge of my surgery. Im thankful that my surgery was completed safely. My tonsils were removed on 8/10/2020. I returned to the hospital ER with excessive bleeding and wretching nausea, was admitted. Next day Relased ,with No Pain meds? Needing a refill on pain meds i went to be refilled at the Parkland Pharmacy. They filled it, but i could not receive it without her approval. I called her office as instructed by Parkland Pharmacy and left a message, No response, until the next day when her secretary called me back and said dont call her office, call Parkland? Never even asked me if i got my badly needed pain meds refilled. Anxious to see my test results from the operation i open MyCharts to see the results, only to find out, im missing a screw in my neck? Is this some kind of Frankenstein joke? Not funny, im still waiting on my test results and at the very least, a follow up call? You would think that someone who was only in for a "day surgery" and had to return to the ER for bleeding would at least be given a follow-up call. Still in pain, still waiting for someone to follow up. I dont even know what was removed. If someone is missing a screw, its not me!
