Never got the chance to be a patient, but I did go through the initial intake. Everything was conducted over text and mobile - including sending my insurance information.The gentleman I was communicating with was "Andrew". After taking my information, Andrew said that the Doctor (and he used my last name, instead of Dr. Hardin)'s staff would reach out to me.It's been two weeks, and Andrew doesn't reply to texts anymore.Found a new doctor whom I couldn't be happier with. There's a reason Dr. Hardin has a low score on Yelp. Keep moving and go somewhere else.

Dr. Hardin has made my septoplasty experience so easy and stress free. I called for a consult for Surgery and he agreed I would benefit. His staff got me in so quickly and I am currently in recovery ! I have my follow up tomorrow and can not wait to have better breathing. Everyone from the front desk, to payments, and even the Surgicare staff, were so pleasant and made this experience one I am very thankful for!

Went to the doctor because of tinnitus. He spend very little time with me. Told me I was suffering hearing loss and I never heard from him again. I felt dismissed. Would have been happier had he put more effort into figuring out why I suddenly had a problem.

This Doctor has hands of Gods, I am 38 years old and my nose been broken since I was 2 years old due to an accident, it was 36 years I couldn't breath through nose and all the way through mouth, had an unsuccessful Nasal Surgery when I was 18 years old and that didn't help, Doctor Hardin did my Septoplasty & Turbine reduction and now I can intake the whole air in the world, if you feel less oxygen around you that's because of me and most likely Dr. HARDIN fault lol Very happy and highly recommend this Knowledgeable and professional Doctor to anyone whose having hard time of breathing
