Most unprofessional, rude customer service ever and just by phone 18 days holding my referral decide to call and have me do Gabrielas job, I am so disappointed ,fustrated never have I been so upset with the approach for supposed to be future patient, Devastated no upper manager available to handle this situation.

The Christmas Decorations on the 4th floor caught my eye and I returned there to take pictures before I left.

I was supposed to be a new patient here and scheduled an appointment several months in advance. I was fine waiting. So tell me why nobody mentioned any procedures that were going to be performed until I received a prebill after the offices were closed for the holidays. Had I known or been informed of any procedures I would have scheduled this for the new year not a few days before. The disregard for patient costs is absolutely disgusting and they had no remedy for this other than wait for the next appointment in March.

Some months ago I was wanting to get a check up and the ENT team got me in fast and were wonderful from check in to results. I was worried I might need further care and they put me at ease. I Would go back if I needed to and recommend the facility, faculty, and care team. *Disclosure - I work for UTSW and was not solicited to leave this review, my opinions are based on my experience alone.
