        This place is a SHAM. The customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced. Zahra Hashemi, the Community Manager Team Lead at The Crescent location was manipulative, rude, and disrespectful after she called me in regard to an inquiry I submitted. Anna Barrera, the Community Manager, had left high dollar packages unattended while she walked away & then emailed me upset that I had taken a package addressed to me which was needed immediately for one of my clients. Zahra (Community MGR) told me over the phone she would not tolerate "being told she was being disrespectful." Excuse me, what? You WERE being disrespectful. You over-talked & interrupted me over the phone & would not listen to the inquiry in which you were calling about. You pushed your own agenda & assumed you knew what I was going to say prior to me saying anything. The bible calls that foolish & I'd have to agree. You acted like a child. This type of behavior is absolutely ridiculous and one of the MANY reasons why I will not be renewing with Regus.
