        Our company has been located in 14800 Quorum for almost 20 years. During this time, we have been through several expansions and renovations. The Boxer construction team has been excellent to work with and does and excellent job. Sean Lingenfelter and Mike Murdock are wonderful and make the experience great with their follow-up, communication, and attention to the project. A big THANK YOU to both of them!

        Overall the property was good. However, security was a BIG issue after hours because the main entry doors did not always lock. This was brought to the attention of the property manager and it was fixed for a short while.

        I am a returning Boxer tenant. During this recent search, I contacted several Boxer locations. After reaching out 8 separate agents, Jessica Early was the only one to respond and she did so very promptly. She was able to take me through the office hunt process effortlessly. I was able to walk the property alone which felt nice to explore with no pressure from someone looking to sell me. I signed my lease the same day that I walked the building. Thank you so much to Jessica for her swift help. She was always so quick to respond to all my emails and calls. I am very satisfied with her level of service.

        An absolutely horrible customer experience - avoid at all costs! Property management is never present, and entirely unreachable. The central answering service will not give you a number for the property management - 'it's against policy to give their office number'. How do you have a property manager that you can't reach! Janitorial staff was outstanding - a shame they can't do a clean sweep of the property management team!
