AURA nail bar

Ive had really good mani/pedis here in the past but unfortunately wont be back. The man doing my dip did everything wrong. I asked to see what Love is in the Bare looked like on a fake nail and instead he just started putting it on, then the cut my nails when I said not to. Then he rounded some nails but completely made my right hand a different shape (than square round, it was a super sharp edge) so I had to have him fix a few nails. Then the dip was so thick I asked him to file it down and he rolled his eyes. I have dip powder all hardened outside of my nail bed on my cuticles and as someone whos not that picky and has been getting her nails done for years- this is easily the worst manicure Ive had. The actual workmanship was poor and the employees demeanor was even worse.

Aura nail salon is one of the best salons my wife and I have been to in a long time. Very clean and hospitality is great. Ask for Ly when you make an appointment or walk in. She is the best nail technician that we have experienced. Ly is very meticulous and gentle enough while providing the best nail and massage service. Thank you Ly for always providing great service.

I decided to visit aura nail bar after I havent been in a year and a half. That was the worst mistake. Not only was the staff not welcoming. They were also very rude for no reason. My service was terrible and I was given condescending remarks from worker Mina, moreover I got a basic acrylic French tip and was charged $100 just for that service. Im not sure if aura nail bar has raised their prices however, the price raise is undeserved as their customer service lax and their staff members are rude. I will never provide my business to this establishment.
