        Grossly overcharged randomly & sneakily. We got charged 15.00 for shape and cut down when it was a fill that had no length adjustment and the same shape that we came with. Additionally, we were charged 19.00 for tips when there was no tip added onto the service. I will not be coming back

        My favorite salon in Dallas! They do a fantastic job every time and I got incredible recommendations for Vietnamese coffee because i loved the one they served me so much. My nails are always beautiful and simple and my fingers are clean and tidy. Im so happy with this place and the most important is they are consistent no matter who does my nails in the shop!

        Ive been to so many nail salons in Dallas and there isnt one that compares to 3311!!! I absolutely love it and especially Jolie!!! She does an amazing job every single time and my nails are always perfect and never break! Jolie is the best!!

      Hi Grace, during your service we did file down your length and reshape your nail for you, that will cost you $15 since you have acrylic on. Additionally, you left a $19 "gratuity" or tips, we didn't charge you anything else. We clarify everything as you check out and you were okay with it.
