My wife and I worked with Todd when purchasing our first house. We were new to the process and Todd was incredibly helpful and informative through every step of the process. With the housing market as competitive as it is today we made numerous offers on different homes, Todd walked us through each offer and answered all of our questions. Todd worked to get us the best rate available and attended the closing to answer any last questions we had. Throughout the process Todd was responsive and easy to reach. We will absolutely be returning to Todd next time we are in the market.
