Kelsey Acosta and team at Willow Bend Mortgage were hard working, always available and sympathetic toward our needs from start to close. My wife and I first met her over a phone call where she quickly won us over with her thorough knowledge of the loan process and patience with us (we were first-time home buyers). She helped us secure the loan so quickly in order to be a viable player in the market when it was extremely competitive. She and our realtor were in step for every house we had interest in and needed to submit an application quickly. It was a sigh of relief knowing that she had the same sense of urgency every time we needed to react fast and efficiently. That factor alone made her and her team absolutely worth choosing as my local lender. We also appreciated how she asked us what our range was and helped us stay accountable to our budget, giving us realistic numbers to then work out and see if the home of interest was a possibility. As mentioned earlier, she was available. This was so crucial to our success in finding our home. Not only would she answer when we had a question (at times after business hours), but she would also follow up with us to check how we were doing in our search, or if we needed anything. Finding someone with her level of professionalism coupled with genuine care is a rare find in any industry, so she definitely stands out.
