James was very thorough and helped explain the entire home buying process. He made himself very available for questions and was a big help during the entire process from home offer acceptance to closing. Would recommend James to any potential buyers whether you are a first-time home buyer or not.

James came highly recommended to us and definitely lived up to everything we were expecting. He let us know what we needed to do, then checked back to make sure there were no problems. After our loan was pre authorized, it took us quite a while beotfore finding a home and our authorization expired. He contacted us to let us know and when we were ready, he redid everything and we were all set to buy. He was helpful and very easy to work with. Even our realtor was impressed and asked for his information.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience working with James to get a mortgage loan for our first home purchase. I engaged with five different lenders during the pre-qualification stage and no one came close to Mr. Currie in terms of his knowledge base, his dedication and responsiveness, and his kind and professional demeanor. It didn't matter if it was during business hours or late at night on a weekend while he was on the road taking one of his boys to a baseball tournament, James was consistently doing everything in his power to ensure things went smoothly, to keep us informed, and to answer our questions at every step of the process. He consistently went above and beyond to help us navigate and make the best financial decisions, and I can't say enough nice things about working with him and the broader US Bank team.

Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about the home buying process. Most importantly, James is always current on the marketplace values and provides lots of options for consideration on points, rates, etc. Highly recommend.
