Mike and his team are simply the best at what they do. The highest loan amount I could qualify for from conventional loan officers was $50k due to having a complicated small business with many assets tied up in different appreciable assets. Stonebriar Mortgage was able to decipher my business and qualified me for a $600k house and closed within 3 weeks as promised! I can't thank them enough!
