It wasnt the best placer to get some red mex. We ordered the family fajitas for 6 for a family of 5 adults and it was more fried onions than the actual fajitas. I would not recommend them. Service was spotty.

The restaurant fraudulently charged an automatic gratuities for 5 when there were only 4 patrons. When it was brought to the managers attention, the excuse is because we said that there would be 5 patrons. It was not a registration.

The food was amazing and we loved sitting on the patio to enjoy our meal. Our waitress, Cacio, was extremely friendly and provided great suggestions for our dining pleasure! Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly! Ordered the Ceviche Tower with Jalapenos added and my husband ordered the Sour Cream Chicken Thingy Enchilada Entree! Yum!! Their Chips and Salsa is really great!! We have dined here before and will certainly continue support this restaurant in Trinity Grove!

The atmosphere at Trinity Groves is fantastic. It's very social. I've had two very ugly experiences at Beto & Son. While the food is just "fine" the service is catastrophic. I will NEVER eat there again. I'm part of the Dallas Couch Surfing (CS) monthly meets and the group leader has chosen Trinity Groves as our meet-up site. The first incident was on a Saturday night. We had asked for a table for 10 and we were seated outside under a covering, which was perfect. Only 6 Couch Surfers showed up and then we were served, towards the middle of the meal, two other people showed up. They had already eaten, so they were only there to socialize, but the waitress and later the manager asked them to leave, because "it was too many" even though the table still had empty seats. It was an absolute embarrassment for the Dallas CS community to invite other people from around the world. Some of the foreigners stated that in their countries, an establishment would be delighted to serve more people. BUT, not at Beto & Son. The second incident happened last night, I again was with CS friends. I ordered take-out and didn't notice until the next morning that I was charged a 20% tip for food "To-Go without my approval. If I had dined at the restaurant I agree, 20% is fair, but when all you do is hand me my food and then slip in a tip, this is unacceptable. Also, I ordered the Carne Asada Torta and the serving size for $23 was was despicable. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Pollo Regio makes a better Torta at reasonable price.
