Customer service is trash!! I was there a total of 3hrs, I was received 2 tacos in that time. 1 glass of water, chips and salsa. Kinda sounds like prison Our waiter left to work the bar to never return to our table. 45 minutes went by with out seeing him, or receiving the "ENDLESS TACOS" is what they call it... more like endful service!! I recommend NO ONE spending their money, nor time going there... STRAIGHT TRASH

Had a reservation but still had to wait over half an hour to be seated. After being seated waited over 20 minutes before we walked out because the servers never came to us to get any time of order in or to even bring out water. Atmosphere looked great and it had plenty of space so its odd that such a big restaurant with a over the top promotion of cheap drinks and food wouldnt have the ability to prep its self with adequate staff when I saw more hostesses than I did servers. The management/owners should definitely address this issue because though the food looked like it would be great unfortunately Ill never try it because Im not willing to go thru all that for a chance at perhaps having mediocre food.

**Warning** Dine Somewhere Else!! My fiancee and I attempted to eat and have a couple of cocktails here on 4/4/24 because I have seen all the hyped up advertisement La Neta has on there Facebook page, but should have read the reviews first before coming here. My fiancee ordered a top shelf margarita but it tasted so badly! It was only ice down water with a cheap liquor...no margarita mix or any other ingredients that goes into a margarita. I ordered there advertised drink with the supposably sherbet rose in the center of the drink, but the flavor of the drink was that of the scent of a rose, yuk!! My fiancee ordered the ceviche oysters, which were good, if you could find the tiny oyster underneath all the other toppings. He then ordered a seafood enchilada of some sort and I noticed he was struggling trying to cut into it with a dull butter knife or knife they provided. He finally was able to retrieve a piece of the enchilada and he said it tasted badly...oh and the 2 seafood enchiladas did not come with any rice or beans like any of the other Mexican food establishments! I ordered the barbocoa enchiladas which came with some kind of "soapy" tasting whiteish colored rice. They must of accidently poured the Dawn soap into the rice instead of grabbing any spices! I took struggled to slice into my enchiladas because the corn tortilla was so hard and the dull knife didn't help! The manager working that evening was named Dalton. He was able to bring my fiancee a smaller margarita called a "Cadillac", which tasted like a margarita. We told Dalton to take all our food back as we explained to him our disappointments with the food and cocktails. He asked if we wanted anything else, but we declined and asked for the check. Our bill was $86.00, which I think Dalton should have not charged us for the overall bad experience we encountered. Take my advice as a Latina who was raised and cooks Mexican food weekly, GO TO ANOTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT!!

I came today for the first time. I had a great experience. From the host to the bartender Sal to the Cheff's Harold and Pork chop. The food was phenomenal. Definitely coming back.
