I had an overall good experience with Good Hood. Some things happened that were beyond their control. I made an appointment online for a battery for my car to be replaced the next day and they called me and told me that they had to order the part so I would have to reschedule the next day. So I would advice anyone that if you have a car that you know the part will possibly need to be ordered to not make an appointment the next day. Jesse came over and did an inspection on my car and replaced my battery. It was quick and Im pleased with his service. My Jaguar went from purring to roaring again lolthanks Jesse and Good Hood!!

So I got my alternator replaced by them, and for two days all was good. A little expensive I thought but at least it's done. Two days pass and my car makes some grinding and rattling noises, now it won't even run. Tanks Goodhood, I'll be sure to tell all my friends, co workers, and any living person who will give me the time of day the quality of your service.

Is a bait and switch operation! They have me a quote in the $300's. So I booked appt. Then when mechanic showed up (appt was 12-4 but didn't show up till 6. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER) The mech now changes the quote to $500. Final bill was over $600. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS .....

My car wouldnt start in a parking lot, so I called and scheduled an appointment for 4pm and was told that I would be contacted by my technician when they were in route to me. 5pm rolls around so I call and they tell me I have a service window between 4-8pm which would have been nice to know when I called originally. 8pm rolls around and no word from a technician or customer service, so I had to get an uber home and leave my car after not hearing from anyone. If nobody could come today why lie? I would give 0 stars if I could.

Beware! Goodhood is not "good". They practice unfair business practices toward their customers. . My first mobile appointment was a no show. The Goodhood employee did not call,text or email that he would not show up within the four hour window. But they charge $76.00 if you,the customer cancel yoyr appointment. Your credit is required up front. A second appointment for the no show was set for 2days later. The mechanic completed the repairs. The next day while driving, the very same symptoms appeared again 100%. A follow up appointment set again, 2 days later. After a 3 hour inspection, I was told engine light now off and vehicle no longer running sluggish. That's weird since per mechanic said he did not do anything....But I was charged another $90 inspection & diagnostic fee. I did not ask for the diagnostic since he just did one last week. It is apparent the mechanic tweaked or adjusted something...But apparently must charge fee for coming to inspect his work? Not good. I was hoping to use in future...NOT..
