Beware of this place. You walk in and its all good and friendly. However what awaits you is a tech coming to tell you I have to rebuild your light because the Low emission diode over heated. Buddy, I think you meant Light Emitting Diode but hey whatever. They further went on to insult my intelligence by telling me they would have answers about my Silver Rock warranty by the next morning. Its day two and I havent heard a thing. So if I did trust them enough to leave my car there what would have happened? Id still be out of a car because of a headlight They strike me as a place that charges way too much because they know they can. They also have an issue with keeping their word. The overall vibe is that they will definitely screw you out of some money.

Despite the high reviews, my experience was disappointing, to say the least. I brought my BMW in for a standard oil change last December, which cost about $200seemingly inflated. However, the real shock came when I was told I had an engine oil leak, something I suspected. The service center quoted me well over $3,500 to fix it, wanting to replace everything. Feeling skeptical, I sought other quotes and found the same repair for only $1,300 at Rapid Inspect Volvo and European in Irvinga fraction of the cost. Became evident that European Service Center was price gouging and relying on unsuspecting car owners to foot excessive bills for unnecessary services. To add insult to injury, my fluids werent even topped off after the oil change. Needless to say, I wont be returning, and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, like Rapid Inspect Volvo and European, which provided exceptional service at a fair price
