Trilogy AC

We thought of having our ducts and vents cleaned for a while now and finally decided to get it done today. We moved to this house 5 years ago and have never had the ducts and vents cleaned. I doubted the previous owner had them cleaned because its always dusty in the house and my two small kids were always huffing and puffing even with an air purifier running all night long. Claudio and his partner showed up on time and did an estimate first. Our house is a two story home that is 2400 sq ft. Honestly when he gave me the quote I didnt even bother negotiating in lowering it because I expected to pay the price he quoted me. We have a lot of vents and each one was literally coated with thick dust. They were black ! I asked him when can he get the job done. He said today but it will take about 3 hours. It was still early so I said ok lets get it started. Well it took waaaaayyyy longer than expected because of the amount of gunk each vent had. They took their time in making sure each duct and vent were cleaned properly. They also sanitized which left a funny smell in the house but cracking the door open for a little bit helped. Claudio and his competent crew did a change out on our two AC and Furnaces. The experience from negotiating a right configuration to installation has exceeded our expectations.
