Diego is the man. We had an issue with our AC unit when we had family in from out of town and he was out to see us quickly, fixed the issue quickly, and also changed out the filters as part of the visit. The service manager was very good at explaining the difference in the higher efficiency units. We went with a 18 seer rated furnace and two stage condenser we noticed a huge decrease in our electrical bill. Supper happy clients!! Thank you heat wave. Service: Heating system installation

Our AC unit went out late in the on a Friday. Diego and the boys were there first thing Saturday morning to diagnose and work up an estimate. Issues and options were clearly and patiently explained. Very professional but not a big corporate feel. New unit installed first thing Tuesday morning and we were back to normal.Everything clean and sharply done! This was our first time using Heat Wave and they are now our go to for all our HVAC issues. Service: A/C system repair
