Stayed in room 136-A. Booked here for a weekend family trip during the eclipse.
By far the worst hotel experience we have had.
TLDR: TERRIFYING sounds from the AC all night/day, as well as Sprinkler room. Hardest bed I've ever encountered.
Imagine falling asleep and being woken by what sounds to be an engine about to explode next to your bed. The compressor of the AC has a clear sound of metal on metal that is CLEARLY in need of replacement. I was frightened nearly to tears on several occasions while attempting to sleep. I can't adequately describe how awful and loud this sound was while trying to sleep. Worst nights of sleep in my life.
But that's not all. We are also across from the sprinkler room. Read a review from 2 months ago about a sprinkler room compressor noise ... Surprise! That's still there, too.
Lastly, the bed. I'm in my 30's. Right at the age where a good bed matters, but I'm not ancient yet. I've slept in crappy beds before. When I wasn't whimpering from waking to the noise, I was whimpering from my back and hips. The beds are HARD. Ridiculously so. As a woman with pronounced hips, there was no choice but to sleep flat on my back, or else my spine was put into painful positions with my hips having no way of sinking into the bed even a little. This mattress feels like a hard box of wood with a blanket thrown on top.
Seriously, this place is worse than a motel 6. Shame, as the location was fantastic for having dozens of restaurants within a quarter mile.

I hate to share this, but this was the most horrible stay at a hotel I have ever experienced. Check-in was great. The lady who checked us in on Friday, March 16th, was wonderful. However, the room was a nightmare. So first, there was no bar of soap to wash your hands in either restroom. We stayed in a 2bed 2 bath. Secondly our refrigerator did not work and we had food and drink that needed to stay cold. Thirdly, we called the front desk 4 times to report these things, and our calls went unanswered. We then tried to chat, and our messages weren't answered until several hours later. Fourthly, when we finally called and got Mike on the phone at the front desk and let him know our issues and that no one answered the phone, his response was... "Well, did you go to the front desk?" As if it was our responsibility to search out the front desk staff for help. The customer service certainly was lacking. Next, our breakfast eggs were not good because they were cold. Now I will have to say the lady working the breakfast was extremely kind and friendly. However, after my experience with other staff, I didn't bother asking for hot eggs. But she actually brought us hot bacon to the table right as we were about to leave. I would recommend certain people at this hotel. However, I would never recommend this hotel. It was even difficult to get to the hotel itself due to the construction.
