IBAN Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We missed our connection as a result of a mechanical delay with Southwest and were given a voucher for this hotel. We were given keys to a room someone else was already in, received an incorrect wake up call at 4:24 AM, and the shuttle driver went 92 mph in a 65 mph zone. Southwest should partner with a better hotel closer to the airport.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city in Dallas with beautiful views, elegant rooms, and hallway smells good. It's affordable and easy to locate. Anytime you find yourself in Dallas, please visit this hotel Rooms: Spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

For the price this place is great!. Tiffany at the front desk is Wonderful! Nice pool, tv guide works, nice bfast, all around, really nice for the price, it's an older place, but kept up well

We had a cancelled flight southwest gave a voucher. For this hotel. I van picking people up from Dallas love field. Driver doing his best to keep up with the amount of people with vouchers. The room smells moldy. Chair has white stains on it. Towel stained floor dirty
