        I stopped in to get anchors for a closet project. No one working could help me with drywall anchors or toggle bolts. The closet person and manager were apparently both off. Neither associate was able to help me find a product from the website.

        Had tons of beautiful flowers. Some marked down were still alive and hopefully will survive. Plants without tags had to be searched for online to get a price which took forever!

        It was pouring rain. Im wet, crippled and cranky with two flat trucks of plants. The cashier had disappeared and the doors exiting the nursery were locked. Because it was raining (but not where she was stationed indoors). I was told I had to push my two carts to Customer Service inside the main store to check out and haul $500 worth of plants to other end of parking lot to my car. Randy, a clerk in the landscape dept., took one cart, I the other and off we went. He got someone in Returns (closest checkout) to check me out, got plastic sheeting and summoned a young man to load my car. I appreciate and am impressed by his customer service. Thank you, Randy.
