        I needed to get 2 copies of keys. Customer service had to make multiple calls for assistance to have keys made.

        I like the calm atmosphere here compared to HD. A pleasant shopping experience each time and a clean parking lot. Today I went and the lady in the garden center helped me find leaf rakes, Aisle 29. She is an asset and very sweet, thank you again!!

        Worst online purchase and store pick up experience. 1)showed as available at local store when ordered, no indication it needed to be shipped to the store. 2)couldnt log into account, didnt recognize my email address 3) had to hand the associate my phone (should never be necessary) to key in order 4) plenty of associates around doing nothing but had to ask if anyone was actually going to get my order after several minutes, seems like coworker gossip was more important. 5) 20 minutes later was finally brought to me. 6) not assembled as ordered 7) was stopped by security woman at door accusing me of shop lifting it because you dont allow customers to go out the pick up door
