image Justin and Christina promised a lot and didn't deliver. Here we are 2-3 months after we paid for automated blinds, smart lights and many other products with things only partially working. Huge disappointment in customer service, follow up and quality. I would absolutely not recommend them.
Update: The last item arrived, but it was the wrong product! Justin had ordered the shade with no housing! Pigeon called me and tried to convince me to wait for Starpower to reorder the shade but never apologized for the fiasco that I had experienced. They did at least issue a refund for the outdoor shade after a few weeks. One of the indoor shade Pico remote control units STILL doesn't work reliably (some odd excuse of "unexpected radio signal interface"). The electrical work on the exterior lights was never finished! So, I got sick & tired of repeatedly taking time off work to receive their techs (who arrived with no parts nor a clear understanding of the job). I finally had my limit and told them to just ship me the remaining parts and I would pay another (more competent) electrician to finish the remaining work. The third-party electricians Starpower uses are just not very good and I suspect the root cause for a lot of the technical issues I have experienced. Since my last email to the entire management team (and owner) almost 2 weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response on the status of my reasonable request.
Conclusion: Once Starpower has your money they simply don't prioritize your project and simply don't care about the client. Avoid at all costs!

image I had a first-rate experience with Andrew Leensvaart, who was and will continue to be my salesperson at Starpower. Andrew sold me a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair, all of the finest quality. I am very happy with my purchase.
Andrew built a relationship with me, and it was clear to me that I was more than his next transaction. He was also very, very patient with me as I researched available alternatives, and despite the fact that I took multiple months to actually make the purchase.
Sometimes I would show up at the store on a Saturday or Sunday and sit in one of the model chairs and read on my iPad so that I could be sure that I would be comfortable on the furniture for many years and would not regret the purchase. Each and every time, Andrew greeted me with a smile, and we would catch up for a few minutes before I would go sit in the chair.
Andrew also provided me good answers to my many questions and never grew tired of me asking questions, both in person and through email.
If you are looking to purchase a home audio or video solution or leather furniture, and appreciate dealing with a salesperson who is good at consultative selling and building relationships, I highly recommend going to see Andrew Leensvaart at Starpower.
