Ryan came out to do am install. Had concerns with the installation later on so I called four times, left two voicemail messages and sent him a text message. No response to either method of communication. Do NOT use this company because they will get your money and you will never hear from them again.

This company's business practices are completely disappointing. When Ryan came out for the initial evaluation of our failing system he assured me that the system he was proposing for almost $7,000 would be a seamless solution to our AV headaches. We had to write him a check up front for over $4,000 for the purchase of equipment which was quoted to be new. We received used equipment and overpaid for wireless peripheral devices and ended up with basic wired devices. When I questioned the used equipment I was told it was a "floor model" at the Apple Store. I spoke with an Apple representative that said they don't even sell floor model equipment. Ryan also said there was a 90 day warranty on the work. Well, day 1 after the install the system was working intermittently, interfering with our business operations which I was assured would not happen with the new $7k system they were installing. They came out several times and could never seem to fix the issue. About 30 days into having issues with their new system they became unresponsive. Completely unprofessional business to work with along with the fact that there are clearly no business ethics in place.
