        Horrible customer service from day one when order was placed. Placed order on 10/12/23 to this date 10/22/23 have not reviewed a phone call or email regarding my order. The person waiting on me acted like I was bothering her. I had to ask her to show me the product. Paid in full and did not get a Thank you for your business. Nothing. Called today 10/22 and was placed on hold. After 10 min on hold I hung up and called back. They could not tell me the problem with my order and that she I guess the very rude one would call me back. That person needs training in Customer Service Skills. I will not be going back to purchase anything.

        I wish I can leave 1/2 of star. This place has the worst customer service, thankfully I found THE GLASS PEOPLE, and thanks to Cynthia at the front desk this company is loosing our business.
