I am building condo units and I got a bid from Glass Warehouse (GW) for showers/glass and glass balcony railing. This was a fairly large order. I agreed to their price and continued to build my project. I went through several delays which I kept GW informed of. When I came time to schedule them I was told that they are not doing installations anymore. I told them that they agreed to finish my project and that I budgeted their bid and I didn't look for anybody else because I agreed to use their services. They never informed me that they were changing businesses or reached out to me to follow up in any way. Now because of GW I am scrambling to find another service and prices have increased. GW didn't seem to care in the least because they moved on to other pastures without caring about any obligations they had. They have absolutely no loyalty to their customers. If you want to use a company that cares about loyalty and integrity and wont leave you "high and dry" if it benefits them then I would avoid this company.
