I ordered a doll from this company in August. For Christmas. Every month they will send me a letter telling me when they were going to send it out. December came no doll . I call only to be told it was on back order. Talk to customer service only to be told they never received my money. The bank told me the money came out the same day I order it. They took my money. I will never order from this company again.
