We had an amazing experience with Amy! She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The pieces here are beautiful and great quality, and the showroom has a large variety. We ended up ordering a sofa and recliner and are totally pleased with our purchase!

I was greeted by Cindy Chuang, the Design Associate! I asked about performance fabric and rub count of the fabric because I wanted a light-colored sofa for everyday use. I've looked at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie , Article, Rove Concept, etc. and if I tell you Room & Board has a great selection that can be customized to your home at a reasonable price, THEY DO! Cindy was patient with me and VERY knowledgeable about designing a space. She even helped me pick out decor and put it near the sofa so I could see the vision. I did not know I would walk into this store and find my dream sofa and decor to compliment it! You pay a flat rate for delivery which is great. I needed to change the delivery date and Thom, Mgr, was quick to accommodate! The communication has been great! I recommend you stop by and check out the showroom, you will not be disappointed! Delivery: The delivery was flawless. Ceasar and Tony arrived on time (called ahead) and was very careful with my furniture and placing it where I asked. Cleaned up and took the boxes away! I also received a follow up email from Cindy! 5 stars!

I entered there to look at some spoons and to test out a chair. I was then greeted by one of the workers following me around on a phone, presumably calling security or police. He then stood outside the door and watching us even after we were almost a block away. The entire time he was on the phone talking with someone about us. The service was terrible. Do not go there.
