"While Walmart's express delivery service initially seemed convenient, my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed a hefty $342 order for groceries, only to have it stolen by the delivery driver, Edmond. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including contacting Walmart's customer care and speaking with the manager at the Coit Road location in Dallas, TX, I was met with indifference and told there was nothing they could do.To add insult to injury, not only did Walmart fail to refund the full amount, leaving me out of pocket by a whopping $700, but I was also informed that I would need to spend another $342 to replace the stolen groceries. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency is appalling.I now find myself in a state of utter frustration and disbelief at Walmart's complete lack of accountability and empathy. It's clear that their promises of customer support are nothing but empty words. I can only hope that someone from the CEO's office will finally take notice and reach out to rectify this egregious mishandling of my situation."
"Furthermore, let it be known that I will not rest until every penny wrongfully taken from me is returned. I will continue to voice my dissatisfaction by posting a scathing review every single day until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction. It's time for Walmart to step up, take responsibility, and make things right."
