    Great customer service ! Ernest delivered my flowers for me on Valentines which is a very busy day for them Im sure , He communicated with me several times throughout the day to make sure he delivered them at a time when I would be home. Would definitely use them !!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would due to the extreme disappointment and frustration my family has experienced regarding the recent service provided by this company. My father ordered a $230 arrangement and scheduled it to be sent to my mothers workplace on Valentines Day as a gesture of love and celebration (Order #: 00115108). However, the experience turned out to be far from celebratory. Despite assurances of an on time delivery, the arrangement never reached its destination. What is particularly disheartening is not just the failure to deliver, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by this company when my father sought clarification. Upon contacting the company the following day for an explanation, my father was met with dismissive, distasteful and disrespectful treatment. The representative offered no explanation for the non-delivery and instead seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused. The abrupt response, "so you want a refund," followed by an immediate hang-up, is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and empathy in all interactions, especially when addressing mistakes made by the service provider. Regrettably, your company fell short on all fronts. I urge you to do better and reflect on the values of dependability, transparency, and effective communication that are integral to any reputable and successful business. I cannot and will never recommend your services to anyone seeking reliability, professionalism and respect in customer relations.
