She took the time to listen to our ideas and with her incredible knowledgeable of product and great sense of design she made the selection process smooth, quick and enjoyable. She is patient and has amazing follow up letting us know when items would be ready for delivery. She is always one step ahead. Julianna is truly a pleasure work with.
