This place has good flooring at very inexpensive pricing. This of course is not retail but for businesses that can register as a contractor, a flipper, or real estate professional. However the return policy for this location is not good and has lead to a very negative experience. If you return anything they credit your account which is great. The issue is that in order to use the credit you must spend more than the amount of the credit. I bought $1,800 worth of flooring and returned $500 worth of flooring after the job because we chose lay carpet instead of lvt in a bedroom. They accepted the return without problem. They dont offer cash refunds only store credit. I'm fine with that. The issue arose when I bought $250 worth of trim and was not allowed to utilize my account credit because the total of my order was not greater than the store credit. To me this is not right. I have $500 worth of floor credit I'm just not allowed to use it unless I buy more than $500 in the future. I was told I would have to talk to the owner to see why they made the rules this way. Either way they now have my returned floor, my money, and require that I buy more than the balance to access my credit balance. Is that how anybody wants to be treated? This rule was not in thier posted terms or on their return policy which was listed on my invoice. I read both and this isnt anywhere in them anywhere. Either way I paid for the trim despite them owing me money as I drove 25 minutes to get there with a trailer.
