Our journey with Carlisle has been a great experience! Our son and daughter-in-law were doing a renovation on an Adirondack property while they were residing in Hong Kong and then Covid-19 arrived, travel came to a halt! We live in NY so they recruited us to do a road trip to NH to check out Carlisle in September 2021. We were impressed by what we saw, heard and experienced at the factory and showroom. It was great meeting employees that were long-term which says something about the company. Scott Ogden in sales was helpful and always willing to answer many questions with his extensive experience and knowledge. The flooring was going to be installed over radiant heat which their product is designed for. They were excellent about providing samples and had the ability to send to Hong Kong seemlessly. We were proactive in communications with Carlisle on the renovation time line being impacted by supply availability. With good two-way communication, Alicia C. who was exceedingly customer focused and efficient, was able to move the delivery date three times. We had to procure additional flooring due to a change and Carlisle was outstanding in assisting and the product matched perfectly, Jennifer B.did a wonderful job of coordinating. When we picked up the additional product everything went according to schedule, the gentlemen at the factory were pleasant and provided assistance.
Carlisle is excellent at providing detailed written information (ie product selection, delivery, acclimation, installation) about all aspects of their product and process which contributes to a successful outcome. The floors were unveiled in November 2022, beautiful solid 8 wide plank hickory floors!
