An epic workout with the most attentive coaches. Small classes so you get one-on-one instruction that is dynamic and doesn't get repetitive or boring. I've been going for about five months now and each class brings me back. Everyone is so nice, clean equipment and the best quality workout! Recommend you go!!!

Lift House is truly the best! From the top-notch trainers to the extremely clean space, this place is perfect for all your gym needs. The class sizes are small which means VERY personalized training. I can even DM a trainer with requests on muscle groups I want to target and he/she will work them into the class. This place has been a godsend for my mental health during the pandemic. Highly recommend!
