        I have really enjoyed going to kickboxing at Dallas marsh lane! The staff is always so nice and friendly! You’ll never feel out of place because everyone is there to motivate each other from the coaches to the other people in the class! It’s a high energy environment and I’m so glad to have joined!

        the instructors actually CARE about you and know everyone personally. it’s not a normal gym, it’s a family! everyone pushes each other to be their best and we keep each other accountable! it’s the best hour of my day everyday! 10/10 recommend joining this awesome family!

        I really enjoyed kicking and punching the bag. I hadn't worked out in months so i was definitely losing my breath at first but it was really worth it. Not a bad workout for a Monday. The music and changes make the class fly by
