When I tell you that not only are their products great quality but their customer service is exceptional and one of the best Ive ever encountered, know that I mean it. I hadnt paid attention to their store hours and scheduled a pick up in store. When it was obvious that I wouldnt be able to make it during normal business hours, they did their best and offered to meet me at a different time. Eventually when that wasnt working, they shipped it to me. Did they have to go and accommodate me after my mistake? No. But they did and Im grateful. Definitely a happy and returning customer!

While in Dallas visiting our daughter, we stopped by to get a new accessory thinking we were walking into a retail store...not the mothership of Oventure at their headquarters. The ladies were so nice and helpful and even showed me a sneak peek of new items coming out soon...Wow!

I figured it out! I am obsessed with my o ring I got my first one when you had your first sale on GMA deals and steals and have given them as gifts every since they are my go to birthday gift It makes like so easy to keep it on my wrist in the grocery store and it was a perfect chew toy for my sweet baby boy when he was teething
