        So I've been a fossil watch fan for a long time but recently had issues finding someone to fix my white face watch which the battery could not be opened by any other store or employee. Today I meet Kassandra and she was absolutely amazing and got my watch I've not been able to use fixed. Amazing service and Kassandra is amazing! This is the store to come to.

        I had a very uncomfortable experience today checking out of the store to buy my dad a wallet. The employees were all discussing their sales and the competition between all of them and their numbers.

        Kassandra and her co-worker were just fantastic! We walked in at 20 minutes until closing for 9 watch batteries, just sure we'd need to pick them up later since it was so late. But they flew into action and graciously changed our all out batteries quickly and with the most friendly manner. Fantastic customer service even so late in the day... what a great pair!
