Just got off the phone with a lady at the Dallas Galleria location. I told her I was looking for particulare blue bag a friend showed me with a price tag of $250 and did she have any? She said they have hundreds of bags and asked if I am in the Dallas area? I told her I lived aways in the suburbs and she said, Ma'am there's just too many in that price range.

Completely outrageous treatment. Tried to walk in and immediately got kicked out because of "store capacity" yet there was no sign of this policy anywhere. Was quite literally almost pushed out by the worker there, then she proceeded to let another couple into the store. Not even high end stores like Gucci have this kind of treatment. Completely unacceptable.

Wendy helped me with several bags - we had a great chat about careers in retail and she was totally helpful, charming and genuine. Assortment and selection in the store were great and the store was spotless. Brahmin is a classy under-the-radar brand with only a handful of their own stores; I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and would highly recommend!
