I had a 10:40am appointment and arrived at 10:51am. I was told they could not see because they have a 10min window. I was one minute past that window. They made a big deal about that ONE minute, but they make patients wait 5-10min in the lobby. Never going back.

This is an amazing place! Andrea was so so kind and patient! The minute she started helping us I felt good. My mom has a bit of dementia and Andrea was unbelievably kind! She is such an asset to the company. Dr. Chih is incredibly and also patient and did a very through exam on moms eye and took time to explain everything to her. The lady who helped white the glasses was exceptional! Just everything was perfect! My boyfriend and I both made appointments! 100 stars!!!!

New to Dallas, sought out a new optometrist. Couldn't be happier with my choice of MyEyeDr. off Lovers Lane in the Inwood Village Center. Friendly and caring staff. After my exam we tried some different prescription contact strengths and ended up staying with my current one but the Doctor turned me onto a new brand which is superior to my previous one. Andrea was terrific in all ways, assisting with the exam, scheduling, communicating over the course of the week or so it took to find the right prescription for me. Erin was wonderful and without asking, found a way to save me a ton on ordering my contact lens. Outstanding team! My wife has since been in and picked out some hip glasses too. Can't say enough - just check Google or their site for days and hours open. I did pop in on a Thursday to pick up trial lens and they were closed.
